If you need to return an item, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team within five business days of delivery. Your return package must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please note that any products returned without the original tags will not be accepted. If you are concerned about the quality of your purchase, please get in touch with our customer service team within five business days of delivery.
We will happily exchange the item for another size or style if it does not fit properly or meet your expectations. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you are returning an item because of a defect, please be sure to include a note stating what is wrong with the item and whether you’d like a replacement or refund. We will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible.
Refunds
We have a strict policy on refunds.
Refunds are only available for 10 days after the item has been shipped.
If you made a mistake in your order, please contact us within 10 days to receive a refund.
We cannot offer refunds if you opened your package or if you received the wrong item.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns
We ship your order as soon as we process it, usually within 48 hours. If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. Returns may take up to 30 days from the date of receipt.

We will always do our best to resolve any issues that arise with our customers, but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us ASAP so we can work out an amicable solution before negative feedback is left on our page.
